This Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) course covers the core components of conducting a vulnerability assessment for food defense planning.
Upon successful completion, attendees will be prepared to serve as a Food Defense Qualified Individual (FDQI) capable of conducting intentional adulteration vulnerability assessments as required by the FDA.
